Pumping out high-pressure water by a high-pressure pump, the equipment uses heating coils to heat the water vapor to the nozzle of the pipe. The nozzle then transforms the high-pressure yet low-velocity flow to the low-pressure yet high-velocity jet, normal or tangent to the object's surface. High-temperature vapor quickly dissolves the grease on the object's surface.
